OLIVETTE LANES PROVIDES FUN & EASY FUNDRAISING EVENTS
Bowling is a fun and easy way to raise money for your group or organization. At Olivette Lanes we host many fundraisers for churches, schools, sports teams, PTO’s and many other charities every year. It’s a great way to include the families, work teams or all members of your organization. Groups have raised thousands of dollars with a bowling fundraiser while having a great time doing it.
Let us help you put together a package that is fun for your group and helps you raise the money you need for your organization. Three options to choose from: 50/50 fundraising package where we split all proceeds, our bowl-a-thon where bowlers get sponsors to pledge per pin or corporate sponsorships where you sell each lane to a company or group for a pre-determined price and they invite guests to fill their lane. In addition you can run fun activities such as a silent auction, basket raffles, 50/50 raffles and any other creative ideas you may have.

Fundraising Ideas and Events include…
50/50 BOWLING EVENT
Your group sells tickets and keeps 50% of the money from the tickets. Great to raise $500 – $1000 FAST
For example on a Saturday or Sunday afternoon during certain times of the year, we will charge $10 per person for 2 hours of bowling and shoes with 6 guests per lane. You can sell tickets for $20 or more and keep the amount over the $10 cost per guest. Prices do vary with time of the year as well as evenings vs daytime.
Bowlers collect pledges and the organization pays a small fee for the bowling. Groups have raised between $2,000 & $10,000 in one day with this format
CORPORATE LANES SELL
Your group sells individual lane packages for a predetermined price. Package usually includes bowling, shoe rental and some food. The organization pays for the bowling and the food and the remainder of the lane sell money is yours to keep. Groups can raise over $5,000 in one day and this is a great way to raise funds If your group has relationships with many area companies
